  Terrible experience. We rented 2 storage units. One for a boat and one for a 40 foot camper. The enormous amount of paper work took forever. We were there about an hour and a 1/2. We set up for automatic payment thru a debit card. The 1st time we went to put the camper in storage, we could not get in the gate. It was a weekend and the office was closed. We left messages, but no one would answer. We had a heck of a time backing that 40 foot camper back up from the gate on a narrow rock road. Spend about an hour getting turned around and then we had no where to take the camper. I left several messages over the weekend. Come Monday, no one still had called me back. I had to call again. They answered and stated that we had not made out 1st months payment. What??? We had given them a deposit and they were to debit for auto pay. They stated that for some reason it did not get set up. They stated that they tried to call me to tell me I needed to pay, before they locked our code to the gate. I told them I never rec'd a call. What # did you call? They put the wrong # in the computer, but it was correct on the paper work. They debited my account for the 2 storages. I told them that we didn't even had access to the gate for a week into the month. They stated they would credit us the following month, instead of giving us the credit before running the payment? So, we quickly found another storage and only stayed with them that one month. So now, we have had to ask for our deposit back 3 times in the last 6 weeks. Still have not rec'd. And the credit for the week we did not have access that we paid for, they will give us that credit if we ever rent with them again.? Really? You think we are going to rent with you again? Unbelievable. What a rip off! Probably will never receive the deposit either.
