  Best decision I have ever made for myself and my son. My son is ADHD and Master Chris has not only helped with his focus, but we have learned techniques from them that made parenting much easier! I am taking COBRA self defense class and tae kwon doe. The COBRA class has me feeling much more aware, assertive, and confident! The tae kwon doe helps with my psoriatic arthritis and over all feeling of wellness. Master Chris and his crew are patient, knowledgeable, and caring. Master Lee does not just teach kicking and punching, but other very important aspects of life! I would highly recommend this school!!!!
